I’ve been thinking a lot about relationships lately—how they grow, how they’re nurtured, and how much they truly matter. In real estate, just like in life, nothing meaningful happens without trust, connection, and people looking out for one another.
My philosophy has always been simple: I don’t just help people buy or sell homes—I build relationships that last. I care deeply about the people I work with, and I take that responsibility seriously. Every client matters. Every story matters.
This year, my word is FLOURISH—to grow in a healthy, intentional, and meaningful way. For my business, that growth doesn’t come from ads or algorithms. It comes from people who know me, trust me, and believe in how I show up.
So, here’s my honest ask: if someone you care about mentions buying, selling, or is even considering what their next move might be, I hope you’ll share my name. Let them know I’m the REALTOR® they should call. Your referral is more than business—it’s a vote of confidence, and I never take it lightly.
Thank you for being part of my journey, for the relationship we share, and for trusting me with something so personal. Your support allows my business to grow, yes—but more importantly, it allows me to keep doing what I love, the way I believe it should be done.

The first part of 2025 mirrored the past few years, with mortgage rates hovering just under 7%, very limited housing inventory, and significant increases in home prices. As the year progressed, we saw interest rates settling closer to 6% and increasing inventory. As a result, home sales increased.
Major forecasters see 2026 as a rebound year for home sales, with estimates ranging from a very modest uptick to a robust double‑digit jump, depending on assumptions about rates and inventory. In this issue of Market Insights, we’ll look back at 2025 housing data and share what we expect in 2026.

Spring has a way of gently reminding us that no matter what season we’ve been through, new beginnings are always possible. But the truth is—fresh starts don’t always come easily
